Yes, guests of Heavenly Spa by Westin have access to The Westin Brisbane's Nautilus Pool & Bar plus Heavenly Steam Room for any treatments 60 minutes or longer.
- Do you offer Valet Parking?
Receive a 50% discount on our casual valet rates, bringing the total to just $30 per visit. Simply present your parking ticket at Heavenly Spa reception for validation.
- How early should I arrive to my appointment?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete your initial consultation prior to treatment. Late arrivals will shorten the time allocated for your treatment.
- What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations and 48 hours notice for group bookings of 4 or more guests . The full price of your service(s) will be charged for all late cancellations, rescheduling or no shows. Credit card details are required to secure the booking. No charges will be applied if canceled within the cancellation policy period.
- Do you take walk in appointments?
We encourage our guests to book appointments in advance to ensure preferred treatment or therapist availability. All reservations must be secured with a credit card, room number or gift voucher. - Do you have any age requirements?
Guests must be a minimum 16 years of age for the use of the locker rooms, fitness facilities and spa treatments. A parent or guardian will need to be present in the room when a minor between the ages of 16-18 receives a treatment.

A 1.95% surcharge will be applied to all credit, debit and eftpos card payments. Public holidays and after hours treatments may incur an additional surcharge. Please speak to our team for more information.

- Do you offer private health-care rebates?
While our treatments are designed to leave you feeling renewed in body and mind, they are not eligible for private health-care rebates at this time. We invite you to simply relax, unwind, and enjoy the experience.
